The compressed files contain the following EFR test sequences:

ef_inp_a.exe --> 8 bit linear A-law input sequences to the EFR encoder
ef_cod_a.exe --> EFR encoder output sequences, A-law
ef_out_a.exe --> 8 bit linear A-law output sequences from EFR decoder
ef_dtx_a.exe --> EFR codec input and output dtx test sequences, A-law 
ef_syn_a.exe --> input and output frame synchronizations sequences, A-law



ef_inp_u.exe --> 8 bit linear mu-law input sequences to the EFR encoder
ef_cod_u.exe --> EFR encoder output sequences, mu-law
ef_out_u.exe --> 8 bit linear mu-law output sequences from EFR decoder	 
ef_dtx_u.exe --> EFR codec input and output dtx test sequences, mu-law 
ef_syn_u.exe --> input and output frame synchronizations sequences, mu-law

For generating the decoder output sequences *.out the already available decoder input sequences *.dec shall be used
