PROJECT MANAGER - FUNDED ACTIVITIES DEPARTMENT

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join ETSI's Funded Activities Department.

Mission

The Project Manager of the Funded Activities department will coordinate the management of projects financed by different funding sources (ETSI, EC/EFTA, Voluntary contribution, etc.) in compliance with processes in force under the supervision of the Head of the Funded Activities department. He/she will be responsible for timely project portfolio reporting, data analysis, and advice on corrective actions. 

The Project Manager has the following key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the project team activities
  • Enforce an accurate and timely application of project processes
  • Guarantee the respect of the project processes and qualitative execution
  • Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve an issue
  • Report on progress and results as appropriate
  • Maintain and develop project team applications’ tools

The Project Manager will report to the Head of the Funded Activities department.

  • Good IT skills (API, Dynamic 365 Business central (AL))
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
  • Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • EC Funded processes knowledge is a plus

The post will be based in our headquarters located in Sophia-Antipolis, a lung of greenery between Cannes and Nice.
